PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE AND RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Please shop carefully as we do not accept returns for the following:
– Sale items
– Items purchased with a promotional code.
Please note: Before a refund can be done, you must contact the staff at OOH CHERRY for approval at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER. Please quote your order number on email.
Your return will only be accepted if:
*The returned item is unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
*The item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on it, even if only tried on.
*Returns must be received within 14 BUSINESS DAYS otherwise it will not be accepted.
*Return cost is non-refundable.
It is also very important that you label the items as ”RETURNED GOODS”. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Canadian Customs Dept at customers expense.
Once OOH CHERRY has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund. OOH CHERRY reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email our Customer Care Team at email@example.com with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you. Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren’t our responsibility.
We currently don‘t cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by OOH CHERRY will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to OOH CHERRY . OOH CHERRY will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid. Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be authorized once receive. We appreciate your patience!
We currently don’t offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
